Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in the NuroBlu® Affiliate Program. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to comply with these terms.


1. Enrollment

NuroBlu® reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

Participation in the program does not create any partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.


2. Commission Structure

Affiliates will receive commission on qualifying purchases generated through approved referral links or discount codes.

Commission rates, payout schedules, and qualification criteria are determined by NuroBlu® and may be modified at any time.

Commissions are not paid on:

  • Returned products

  • Refunded transactions

  • Fraudulent purchases

  • Self-purchases


3. Advertising & Marketing Standards

Affiliates agree to market NuroBlu® products responsibly and accurately.

Affiliates may NOT:

  • Make medical or disease treatment claims

  • Suggest products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease

  • Reference specific prescription medications

  • Make false or misleading statements

  • Use unauthorized brand imagery or modified logos

  • Engage in spam email marketing

  • Run paid search ads bidding on “NuroBlu” or related branded keywords without written approval

All marketing must comply with FTC disclosure requirements and clearly disclose compensated relationships.


4. FTC Disclosure Requirement

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with NuroBlu® when promoting products. Required disclosures must comply with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.


5. Brand Usage

Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by NuroBlu®. Any modification of logos, packaging, or brand assets requires written approval.


6. Termination

NuroBlu® reserves the right to terminate affiliate participation at any time for violation of this Agreement or improper marketing practices.

Commissions earned prior to termination may be forfeited if violations are identified.


7. Limitation of Liability

NuroBlu® shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from affiliate participation.


8. Modification

NuroBlu® may update this Agreement at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.


9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
