Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Due to the nature of consumable products, opened products are not eligible for return unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos to evaluate the claim.

If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened consumable products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized orders


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
