Return eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to initiate a return
Starting a return is easy:

- Receive your return authorization and shipping label
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Ship using the provided label
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
- Refund processing times may vary by financial institution

Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us with your order number and desired exchange
- Return the original item following our return process
- We'll ship your exchange item once we receive the original
If the exchange item has a different price, we'll refund or charge the difference accordingly.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Description of the issue
We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
