- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Opened, used, or damaged items cannot be returned.
- Sale items or limited promotions may not be eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at info@cogniblu.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Ship the item back following our instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing typically takes 5-7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Exchanges
If you want a replacement or different product, email us first.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to a NuroBlu error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Include photos of the product and packaging to help us process your request quickly.
We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
